All products and services purchased from WigRevivers are non-refundable. We can however, offer an exchange of a product or service equal to the value of the original purchase, if we have concluded that the fault lies with our products or services.

Collection

We no longer offer collection unless it is Same day Delivery service. 

 

Luxewigs Wigs, Bundles and Closures

Processing time for our Wigrevivers, bundles and closures can take from 10 - 15 days. Unless we have the stock available. We will update all clients on any of there purchases via email from our info@wigrevivers.com. 

 

Revivers Delivery Services

Delivery is discussed before payment has been authorised. Processing time for washing wigs are between 3-5 days. This time starts as soon as wig/s have been received.

Next day delivery is available on request. £20 (incudes collection & delivery)

Same day delivery available on request. £35 (includes collection & delivery)

 

Royal Mail Delivery

 

At this time we can only fulfil orders to mainland UK. Any orders outside of London will need to be sent and delivered back by Royal Mail.

Royal mail delivery is available postage is £5

 

When sending hair to us, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (1st Class / Special Recorded delivery) Please refrain from using 2nd class as this will slow down delivery and we are not able to track where your items are.
